**Mission and main objectives**:
In this role, you will be responsible for the AMIEO Marketing & Sales Performance governance management of Nissan Sub-Regions (Africa/Middle-east/Europe/India/Oceania), including the preparation of:
**Monthly cycles**: Performance review of actuals (last month)
Yearly M&S Business Plan validation reviews
Mid-Term Plan (MTP) - coordination for M&S function

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
As part of the M&S AMIEO organization, you will coordinate the overall Marketing & Sales Performance for the Mid-term Plan, Business Plan & Monthly Cycle. You will oversee the main M&S KPIs such as Market Share, VME & FMI as well as ensure the coordination of the governance of the performance management between regions/functions, SVP M&S & Global.

Additionally, you will act as the Interface of Sub-Regions (Africa/Middle-east/Europe/India/Oceania) with the AMIEO M&S organization & NML.

**Within this scope, your main tasks will be**:
**Mid-term plan coordination for the M&S function**: Volume, TIV & revenue

**Annual Business Plan coordination for M&S**: presentation & submission. Coordination with main stakeholders: Marketing/Product/Aftersales/Sales
Managing monthly cycle of performance reviews of existing Sub-Regions (Africa/Middle-east/Europe/India/Oceania) & M&S SVP

**FMI**: overseeing the FMI regional management
Managing projects - Driving the transformation of M&S trough various project s(organization/process)

**Job requirements**:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business or Engineering
At least 5 years of progressive experience working within regional corporate Sales & Marketing Performance Management, and Operations, ideally from the automotive industry
Analytical mindset, good understanding of data
Project and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English
Well-versed in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
