**Avec un rôle très opérationnel, votre objectif consiste à améliorer notre efficacité commerciale pour développer notre activité et notre impact sur le marché**. Vous vous appuierez sur votre expertise, votre charisme et votre sens de la diplomatie pour:

- Faire adhérer la force de vente au changement
- Impulser une culture d’innovation et d’excellence
- Mettre en place des méthodes et des outils qui améliorent la productivité
- Superviser le pipeline de vente
- Améliorer l’utilisation et l’exploitation du CRM
- Repérer et recruter les meilleurs talents pour construire une équipe de choc

**Vous aurez également l’occasion de prendre part aux deals les plus stratégiques**. Au programme : élaboration de propositions commerciales de haut niveau et suivi des projets à forte valeur ajoutée.

Votre crédibilité sera incontournable pour vous imposer auprès d’une équipe notamment composée de commerciaux séniors et indépendants. Grâce à une **expérience d’au moins 8 ans dans le développement commercial de start-ups du secteur IT**, vous avez acquis des compétences clés:

- Vous maîtrisez les méthodes de gestion, d’optimisation et de suivi des ventes
- Vous adoptez une vision stratégique au cœur d’une approche opérationnelle
- Vous êtes capable de manager une équipe
- Vous faites preuve d’autonomie et d’agilité
- **Bilingue anglais**, vous savez adresser une clientèle étrangère C-level
