Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant ensures and coordinates the transmission and drafting of HR and administrative information.

**Your mission**

**Personnel administration**:

- Drafting employment contracts and amendments,
- Keeping and monitoring personnel files,
- Medical check-ups,
- Integration of new employees,
- Management of temporaries, relations with temp agencies, monitoring of hours worked,
- Updating databases and HR dashboards.

**Training**:

- Collection of training needs,
- Helping to draw up the training plan.

**Recruitment and HR development**:

- Registers job adds on the ATS module.
- Help optimizing the process of integrating and terminating employees.

**Payroll**:

- Prepares variable payroll elements,
- Managing and monitoring working hours.

**Profile**

Organized, rigorous, discreet, listening, creative, good communicator.

**Qualification**

BAC +2 / +3 Human ressources - Master 2 MRH
