**Job Summary**:
Are you interested in jumpstarting your career in human resources? Tetra Pak Processing Equipment SAS is currently seeking an HR Assistant to join our team through our apprentice program.

REMUNERATION

% Conventional Minimum Wage (depending on age, diploma and type of contract (professionalization or apprenticeship) + 13th month + profit-sharing / participation + 50% of the public transport ticket + access to the company restaurant

**What you will do**:
Within our Human Resources department, you will participate in the following missions:
Personnel Administration:

- Manage the archiving and filing of payroll department documents,- Drafting of various certificates,
- Manage health files and relations with social organizations (social security - providence): from the receipt of a work stoppage to the justification of the accounts,
- Monitor medical visits with our external service provider,
- Monthly reporting of illnesses and numbers,
- Management of related projects (HR/payroll communication, updating HR procedures and documents, etc.),
- Establishment of the BDESE.

Pay:

- Create and maintain employee data in IT systems (SAP, CCMX, exemption),- Manage payroll preparation: collect variable payroll data, transport reimbursement, benefits in kind, overtime, etc.),
- Manage after-pay (take out the various accounting entries, the various workforce calculation files, establish the declarations of social charges, DSN, answer the various INSEE questionnaires, etc.),
- Participate in the establishment and checks of pay slips in collaboration with the Payroll Manager,
- Participate in the integration and exit of employees,
- The calculation of pay slips and the correction of these under the supervision of the payroll manager,
- Participation in payroll department projects: update of the employee guide, update of explanatory documents concerning social charges and pay slip, optimization and standardization of payroll and personnel administration processes on all Tetra sites Pak France, etc.

The missions will be defined and assigned or not according to the involvement, motivation and evolution of the work-study student.

**We believe you have**:

- Diploma prepared: Professional License or Master 1
- Required qualities: Autonomy, Relational ease, Organizational skills, Sense of service, Team spirit, Confidentiality, Analysis and synthesis, Ability to adapt, Strength of proposal
- Required Skills:

- Office tools: Word, Excel, (Advanced Level)
- A first experience in HR service (personnel administration)
- Language: Basic English read and spoken
