**A quoi ressemblera ton quotidien ?**:
En tant que Lead Développeuse/Développeur Back end confirmé.e, tu:

- Seras en charge de **la compréhension du besoin client**, de sa traduction en **spécifications techniques**, de la **conception**, du **développement** et de **l’optimisation des interfaces** jusqu'à leur **mise en production**:

- Seras amené à travailler sur la stack technique suivante : Java / J2E, SQL, hibernate, spring, Struts, JQuery
- Poursuivras ton utilisation sur de nouvelles technos
- Participeras aux améliorations sur la performance, l’ergonomie et sur les évolutions possibles
- Seras partie prenante de nos **communautés** dans lesquelles tu pourras interagir, participer à l’entraide et monter en compétence
- ** Encadreras les développeurs juniors et assureras leur montée en compétence** (ex : sur les évolutions à venir, l’estimation de la charge de développement de ton équipe)

**Tu te reconnais**:
Après l'obtention d'une **Licence ou d'un Master IT,** tu as fait tes armes sur du **développement IT**:

- ** Minimum 3 ans d’expérience** sur un poste de développeuse/ développeur Back End ou fullstack (confirmé.e)
- Être capable de **mener des ateliers de conception** / de **participer à des process de réalisation**:

- Avoir participé à une grande partie des phases d’un projet
- ** Effectuer une veille technologique active**,** se former et partager ses connaissances**:

- Avoir une première expérience dans l’encadrement de juniors ou une réelle volonté de transmettre tes compétences

**La suite des événements**:

- ** Echange téléphonique** avec Victoria, Inès ou Florian (20 à 30 minutes)
- ** Entretien** avec l’un de nos référents techniques et RH (1h)
- ** Test technique **(30 minutes)
- ** Test d’anglais** avec certification à la clef (40 minutes)
- Un retour personnalisé et pour toute issue de ces échanges
