En tant qu'apprenti analyste de performance dans le service client, vous participerez à l'élaboration de rapports, de tableaux de bord automatisés et d'analyses ad hoc pour aider la direction générale et les parties prenantes du service client dans leur prise de décision. Vous participerez à la refonte de la méthodologie de prévision et à l'élaboration de cas d'affaires stratégiques.
Vos principales tâches sont les suivantes:
- Soutenir l'équipe de performance dans l'automatisation des tableaux de bord et des présentations récurrentes.
- Effectuer des études ad hoc pour améliorer l'accessibilité des centres de contact, le temps d'attente des appels, les SLA pour les demandes de remboursement et les réclamations, la satisfaction des clients...
- Participer à la refonte de la méthodologie de prévision des volumes en utilisant des méthodes prédictives à jour.
- Élaborer des cas d'affaires pour lancer des projets impactants.
