**Job Description**:
Notre futur(e) **Area Sales Manager H/F** aura pour missions de stimuler les ventes et promouvoir la marque afin d'atteindre les objectifs de vente et d'assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle sur ses comptes assignés. L'ASM établit des partenariats avec les principaux détaillants d'articles de sport spécialisés en développant des stratégies communes qui profitent à la fois à Salomon et au détaillant.

**La zone à couvrir : Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes**

**Activités principales**:
**Ventes et distribution**
- Atteindre les objectifs saisonniers de vente et de distribution sur le territoire défini.
- Élaborer un « game plan » saisonnier pour orienter les directives, les stratégies et les priorités de la marque Salomon.
- Élaborer présenter et coordonner les plans commerciaux/marketing saisonniers conjoints avec les partenaires Premium qui réalisent les objectifs stratégiques de Salomon et maximisent les préférences des consommateurs et l'expérience de la marque.
- Atteindre les objectifs saisonniers de la catégorie de produits clés dans les ventes et la distribution
- Identifier les opportunités de vente, de distribution et de promotion du territoire
- S'occuper de tous les sujets liés aux clients (aspects commerciaux et comptables)

**Vente par l'intermédiaire et expérience client**
- Assurer un niveau élevé d'expertise produit et de connaissance de la marque (formation Shop Pro) pour les employés des magasins des partenaires Premium et des catégories sélectionnées pour une expérience client de qualité.
- Accroître et maximiser la visibilité et l'image de la marque Salomon en magasin grâce à des assortiments de produits définis et à des forfaits d'articles clés saisonniers.
- Gérer et exécuter les activations / événements consommateurs locaux dans le réseau de partenaires Premium, selon les besoins.
- Coordonner une exécution transparente de la vente, en utilisant les ressources internes (acheteur, service client, IMM).

**Relationship**
- Développer et maintenir d'excellentes relations de travail avec le personnel clé de chaque compte.
- Développer et maintenir une étroite collaboration avec la communauté Salomon.
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec l'environnement sportif local / la communauté (clubs, centres de villégiature, événement).

**Reporting**
- Préparer et examiner le rapport de performance des clients sur une base saisonnière.
- Analyser et rapporter la distribution des concurrents, la présence en magasin et l'offre.
- Remplir tous les rapports et dossiers requis et les soumettre en temps opportun.
- Partager les meilleures pratiques au sein de l'équipe des ventes et du marketing.

**Qualifications**:
**Expériences requises**: 5 ans d'expérience minimum dans la vente. Une expérience dans l'industrie du sport et du plein air est un plus.

**Enseignement**: Bac+5 type école de commerce

**Langue(s) étrangère(s)**: Anglais professionnel

**Compétences informatiques**: Pack office (Excel)
