Créée en 2011, Artline inspire la transition de l’escalade qui se scinde entre l’outdoor et l’indoor. Fort de son réseau de distribution en France, Artline s’est entourée d’autres marques à partir de 2013, elle en distribue aujourd’hui 27 via son site marchand Prises-escalade.fr.
**En raison de l’essor de notre activité en France et à l’international, notre équipe recherche un ou une communication manager pour poursuivre sa forte croissance.**
Dans un cadre convivial et dynamique, vous intégrerez une équipe de 6 personnes ; en étroite collaboration avec le directeur marketing, vous serez en charge de la communication d’Artline et de Prises-escalade.fr. Dans un contexte de transition et de diversification, cette alternance peut déboucher sur une évolution en marketing sous réserve d’une montée en compétence.
**Missions**:
Pour les entités ArtLine et Prises-escalade.fr:
Production de contenu:
- Réalisation de photo/vidéo
- Ecriture de post/article/fiche produit en Français et en Anglais
- Création de visuel charté avec l’aide du graphiste
- Coordination des prestataires : graphiste, photographes, vidéaste
Animation des canaux de communication:
- Elaboration puis gestion des campagnes multicanales
- Gestion des différents réseaux sociaux : Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube
- Gestion des campagnes de display, netlinking, social Ads, SEA et mailing
- Analyse du trafic en apportant des actions correctrices
- Participation aux salons
Sponsoring:
- Veille et sélection d’événements / athlètes
- Négociation des termes du sponsoring
- Suivi du sponsoring et animation du team
- Récupération de contenu
Mise à jour des différents supports commerciaux:
- ERP
- Fichier Excel de commande
- Back office : Prestashop et Wordpress
**Profil**:
Idéalement issu(e) d’une formation en Marketing Digital / E-Commerce / Communication, vous êtes en Master (Bac+4 ou Bac+5) et avez idéalement une première expérience dans le milieu professionnel.
Vous êtes créatif(ve) et vous l’exprimez facilement par le biais des réseaux sociaux qui font partie de votre quotidien.
Vous êtes connecté(e) au milieu outdoor et/ou de l’escalade.
Vous disposez d’une certaine aisance rédactionnelle, avec une orthographe irréprochable.
Vous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux(se) et réactif(ve) et savez prendre des initiatives dans un cadre polyvalent et stimulant.
Des compétences en PAO ainsi qu’en photo / vidéo sont souhaitées. La maîtrise de l’anglais est un vrai plus.
