The Product Solutions and Operations (PSO) team's goal is to help businesses have seamless experiences with our advertising solutions, by crafting activations to push our most strategic ad solutions to market and identifying key product needs from our biggest clients. We're a global team with regional hubs in Singapore, China, Israel, London, Milan, Madrid and multiple US locations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Own product growth and adoption for all of TikTok's ad solutions in the market. Collaborate with regional Product Marketing Leads and local Sales Leadership to ensure that a localised plan is implemented.
- Lead a team of high performing product marketers, responsible for defining product positioning, implementing go-to-market and conducting inbound.
- Develop deep relationships and set product priorities with cross functional teams, in particular monetization strategy, marketing and communication in-market. Align activities to create a coherent external narrative.
- Ensure a market-first approach is taken in all go-to-market, identify opportunities to make vertical-based recommendations and scale these across the sales team.
- Act as the voice of the market in product; synthesise market insights and collaborate with product teams and headquarter product marketing teams to identify solutions to business needs.
- Represent TikTok's ad product externally, develop relationships with key accounts and participate in industry events.
- Contribute to European product growth strategy, advising leadership team on market opportunities and guide decision-making process.
**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Relevant experience working within media in a marketing or product marketing capacity.
- Minimum 3 years of experience building and leading teams
- BA/BS degree or above.
- Strong knowledge of media sales and marketing processes.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change.
- Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills.
- Customer service orientation and experience working in a client facing capacity
- A commercial mindset with a history of delivering against stretching performance goals.
