**Job description**:
- As a Product Engineer, you will be responsible for the manufacturing support of existing secure microcontroller, contactless RF or NFC products and their related technical issues, production KPI and changes in production.
- You will work together with global functional teams such as Design/Test/New product/Process/Planning/Operations/Reliability engineering,to take a technical challenge from concept or problem identification to production release or final solution.
- Assignments are broad in nature, usually requiring initiative, autonomy, reactivity, originality, ingenuity and excellent problem-solving skills.
- The various tasks include but are not limited to:
- Make the product sustainable by working on yield, test issues & production hold
- Bring fastest solution to optimize our industrial flow & to assess non conform material.
- Improve overall product quality and drive to zero customer returns
- Drive failure analysis investigations and troubleshoot issues
- Propose improvements for new product industrialization
**Profile**:
- Experience required: 2-10 years
- Good knowledge on RF, NFC, analog IP and protocols
- Experience with programming languages, C++, Python prefered
- Able to learn quickly NFC/RF applicative fields & product testability.
- Organizational skills
- Good communication skills (English is the working language)
- Eye for detail, accuracy driven
- Problem solving skills, risk-based decision making skills,
- Flexible to travel and work in clean room
- Production environment, statistical basics is added value
