Nous recherchons un Lawyer H/F pour notre département Juridique qui intervient sur l’ensemble des activités d’OVHcloud. Il apporte son expertise aux thématiques de contrats, données personnelles, droit des sociétés, responsabilité des intermédiaires techniques, etc.
Notre équipe est composée d’experts travaillant au quotidien avec toutes les départements d’OVHcloud afin de soutenir nos ambitions.
**#Missions**
Gestion des opérations immobilières et sinistres immobiliers:
- Support à toutes les entités du Groupe OVHcloud, incluant la participation aux négociations avec les bailleurs, vendeurs et acheteurs dans:
- La gestion et la rédaction des contrats de location (baux commerciaux, baux dérogatoire, baux civils, bail à construction, bail emphytéotique, crédits baux...) ;
- La gestion des actes de ventes et acquisitions ;
- Pour tous les sujets juridiques dans le domaine de l'immobilier (litige, sorties anticipées...) et dans les opérations de croissance externe (audit, rapport, conseil) ;
- Instruction et gestion des litiges et des sinistres immobiliers
- Gérer les litiges (précontentieux et contentieux administratifs et/ou judiciaires)
- Instruire et régler les dossiers d'indemnisation avec un cabinet d'avocat et les assureurs le cas échéant
- Recherches foncières
- Recherches juridiques et veille règlementaire dans tous les pays d'implantation du Groupe OVHcloud en lien avec le parc immobilier, y compris dans les domaines environnementaux et énergétiques (exemple : Décret tertiaire).
- Relations avec les intervenants extérieurs:
- Relations avec les notaires et avocats travaillant pour OVHcloud ;
- Relations avec les notaires et avocats des tiers ;
- Relations avec certains experts techniques travaillant sur les projets de construction.
Coordination avec les interlocuteurs internes d'OVHcloud en lien avec les sujets immobiliers: Affaires publiques, Direction Stratégie et RSE, Sécurité, etc

**#Profil**
- Des connaissances en droit immobilier y compris sur la règlementation des permis de construire et de permis de démolir sont nécessaires ; ainsi que sur la gestion des sites et des sols pollués (clause juridique, lecture des rapports d'analyse de pollution, règlementation ICPE...).
- La connaissance du droit des assurances est un plus.
- Très bonne maîtrise de l'anglais (niveau C1 minimum).
- Capacité à interpréter, synthétiser et diffuser des textes de loi
- Favoriser les modes de collaboration multi modaux (présentiel, à distance, hybride) et multiculturels intra/inter équipe pour encourager l'esprit "one team" et l'efficience collective.
- Détecter les opportunités d'amélioration continue sur son périmètre et accompagner les projets de transformation auprès de l'équipe.
- Capacité à travailler en mode projet et à assurer un reporting régulier et efficace
