**About the role: Showroom Assistant**
**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Showroom Assistant to support our showroom operations. This role involves a variety of tasks, including administrative duties, sales support, and client correspondence. The Showroom Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing exceptional support to our clients and suppliers.
Knowledge of Airtable is recommended but not mandatory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle phone inquiries, provide information, and route calls as necessary.
- Assist in the daily operations of the showroom, including organizing displays and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Support the sales team by providing information, preparing sales materials, and assisting clients.
- Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers, manage orders, and maintain positive relationships.
- Process orders, track shipments, and follow up with clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
- Provide support to architects, including preparing documents and assisting with project coordination.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent spoken and written in English and French, Italian is a plus;
- Living in Monaco area;
- Self-motivated and organised with excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Indesign and Photoshop is a plus.
