**Scope**

As a Logistics Specialist you are part of the Supply Chain within the Customer Operations and Services division. The mission of the team is to deliver payment terminals to our final customers on time, with agreed quality standards and at the lowest cost possible. To reach this target you will have to find your way with the strong support of teams like Industrialization & Quality, Repair Center, Software Development, Sales departments, Purchasing and Finance.

In summary the Distribution & Customization team has the responsibility of the products from production to delivery to final customers. As Planner you are the reference person for all customization & distribution aspect of one or more product families.

**Responsibilities**

Your main responsibility is to manage all Distribution & Customization aspects related to the supply of our payment terminals. You will be in charge of one subcontractor and/or several suppliers. It means:

- Daily Planning follow up with Italy for the customization of terminals
- Deliveries to customers: Transport management; Stock Management; Quality Management
- Analyse Sales demand to collect and transfer to the Customization center
- Manage KPIs to control SLA, Costs and Quality of Logistics
- Interact with IT to maintaint the right SAP structure and parameter and play a key role in case of projects and evolutions

You will also be requested to participate and/or lead some improvement projects related to the improvement of Supply Chain processes and tools. With the willingness to constantly improve our efficiency and the customer satisfaction you must be able to propose new improvement projects, discuss it with management and elaborate planning and actions for implementation.

**Experience / Skills**
- Masters Degree with a specialization in Supply Chain
- A 1st experience in Supply Chain is a plus but not necessary
- Strong interpersonal skills are needed to ensure the daily follow up of the suppliers/subcontractors and build the right relationship with the Italian colleagues.
- Strong customer focus and proactive attitude
- Willingness to constantly improve the way of work and a clear proposal force
- Ability to coordinate and to take responsibility, result driven, solution driven
- Flexible, communicative and well organized
- Working effectively in an environment with rapidly shifting and often contradictory demands and priorities
- Fluent in English and French, Italian is a plus
- Good level of Excel. Knowledge SAP is a plus
