**Position Summary**

This position is within our People & Culture team and will report to the Senior Director of People & Culture (Paris). The HR & Office Manager will ensure proper functioning and support to the teams based out of our Paris office (currently 72 people). Key responsibilities include ensuring the best employee experience and promoting our Prose values within a fast-growing start-up.

**Key Responsibilities**

Events and Employee Experience:

- Organize internal events regarding team life (Summer Garden Party, Holiday Party, Company anniversaries, specific events celebration, etc)
- Organize external events in the frame of our Corporate Social Responsibility policy (BCorp Certification) : clean walk, caritative run, partnerships with non-profit organizations, etc.
- Liaise with providers of perks and benefits for Paris Employees (Goodies and presents, ClassPass, Vanmoof, etc)

Internal Communication:

- Write and share monthly newsletters to give clear visibility on People & Culture events rhythming company life
- Actively contribute to the preparation of the Monthly Townhall meetings (updates for HR section) and present it
- Ensure newcomers are well onboarded through internal communication
- People Team Communication : update the HR calendars with People & Culture events

Office Management:

- Collaborate with the People & Culture team based in Paris and NYC. Act as Prose's values ambassador and actively contribute to the successful onboarding of new hires while providing an inspiring team life at the Paris office.
- Purchase office supplies, PPE, snacks, beverages, and weekly lunches through a network of various vendors, and manage receipts and invoices for budget tracking.
- Sort & distribute incoming and outgoing post, packages, and orders in a timely and precise manner.
- Ensure the proper maintenance of the facilities and act as the main point of contact for the building management company and facility-related suppliers (cleaning company, maintenance of the alarm system and extinguishers, etc.).

HR topics:

- Recruitment : Punctually ensure recruitment of interns and junior profiles
- Onboarding : Ensure the right onboarding process of the new comers (presentation of the company, the perks and benefits, and the HR team)
- HR Development : Contribute to HR development initiatives (career development workshops, annual reviews process, training plan execution)
- Social Dialogue : prepare CSE meetings and ensure good communication with international councils representatives

**Requirements**:

- A previous successful experience in HR/Office Management, in a start-up environment.
- Degree in labor law and/or HR management and/or payroll.
- Fluent in both French and English, with excellent writing skills in both for effective collaboration with the US teams.
- Detail-oriented with demonstrated ability to multitask with a high level of initiative and motivation.
- Skilled at combining the sense of confidentiality required for this type of position with a genuine People Care attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
