**Missions**:
En qualité de Project Manager rattaché(e) à la Practice Finance, vous serez en charge de projets de gestion de risques des collatéraux, d’optimisation des portefeuilles clients ainsi que de solutions créées sur mesure pour nos clients, notamment en ce qui concerne les provisions pour risques (Bâle II).
Vous êtes également le point de contact central des clients et êtes amené(e) à intéragir avec nos équipes data et business pour apporter votre expertise dans nos projets de conformité, stratégiques et digitaux. Vous travaillez en partenariat avec les autres practices spécialisées dans la création de tableaux de bord (ventes, stock, marge, KPIs), sites de reprise optimisant le parcours client, ainsi que d'outils d’aide à la prise de décision.

1. Conseil:

- Vous épaulez votre manager sur les les propositions commerciales ;
- Vous assurez les analyses des phases de diagnostics ;
- Vous collaborez avec les équipes tech et data dans la mise en œuvre des projets ;
- Vous accompagnez le déploiement et vous assurez de la maitrise de nos outils ;
- Vous synthétisez les données et les transformez en éléments actionnables pour nos partenaires ;
- Vous êtes le point de contact et interagissez de manière indépendante avec les demandes du client ;
- Vous êtes intéressé(e) par les problématiques Big Data ou par les sujets de calcul statistique et de cotation automobile ;
- Vous avez une approche risques et documentez l’ensemble des process entrepris et êtes responsable des sujets sur votre périmètre.

2. Développement client:

- Vous participez à la fidélisation du portefeuille client acquis au travers des process en place en optimisant l’utilisation des outils ;
- Vous épaulez votre manager dans l’identification des décisionnaires et les opportunités de cross-sell ;
- Vous participez à la création de pitchs commerciaux.

**Profil**:
De formation Bac + 5 type Grande Ecole/IEP et doté(e) d’une expérience significative
(minimum 2-3 ans) sur un poste similaire, vous êtes motivé(e) pour intégrer une structure à taille humaine en fort développement dans laquelle vous investir pleinement.
Vous avez des affinités avec le digital et la data et/ou l’automobile.
Vous associez méthode et créativité pour atteindre vos objectifs. Fort(e) d’une culture du
résultat, vous êtes à la fois un(e) ‘business développeur’ dans l’âme et savez aussi entretenir un portefeuille client dans le temps.
Une première expérience ou une appétence dans le domaine automobile constituent un plus.

**Compétences demandées**:

- Connaissance des techniques de gestion de projets ;
- Connaissance des outils de bureautique classique (Pack Office) ;
- La connaissance de MS Project et l’outil de Data Visualisation Tableau (ou équivalent)

constitue un plus ;
- Anglais et Français courant ;
- Allemand ou toute autre langue européenne est un plus ;
- Esprit commercial et goût du challenge ;
- Excellent relationnel ;
- Maitrise des techniques de vente et de l’argumentation ;
- Ténacité, persévérance et dynamisme ;
- Esprit d’équipe.
