Fondée en 2013 par Pierre Dubuc et Mathieu Nebra, OpenClassrooms est une entreprise à mission qui a pour ambition de **rendre l’éducation et les métiers qui recrutent accessibles à tous.**
L’école propose de nombreux cours en accès libres et gratuits, ainsi que des formations diplômantes pour les métiers qui recrutent (tech, IT, data, pédagogie, marketing,...). Le tout 100% en ligne. OpenClassrooms crée et produit l’intégralité de ses cours et contenus pédagogiques et s'appuie sur un modèle unique en son genre, axé sur la pratique à travers des projets professionnalisants et l’accompagnement par des mentors experts du métier.
Dès le début, la mission d’OpenClassrooms a été articulée autour de l’impact : en l’intégrant dans les statuts dès 2018 puis en obtenant la certification B corp en 2021 (qui récompense les entreprises alliant profits et impact social). OpenClassrooms figure dans le classement Next 40/120, mais ce dont nous sommes les plus fiers, c’est d’avoir permis à plus de 50 000 personnes de donner un nouvel élan à leur carrière en 2023.

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons activement notre futur(e) infrastructure & Engineering Platform Manager, un(e) passionné(e) capable de bâtir et d'optimiser cet écosystème. Dans ce rôle à forte valeur ajoutée, vous serez le chef d'orchestre de notre plateforme d’ingénierie et de l’ensemble de l’infrastructure s’y rapportant. Vous veillerez à ce que nos outils, technologies et processus soutiennent notre quête constante d’amélioration et d'excellence.
**VOS MISSIONS**
- Manager l’équipe infrastructure/engineering platform
- Construire et maintenir, en collaboration étroite avec les équipes de développement et Data, les différents composants de la plateforme d’ingénierie, comprenant l’infrastructure, les outils liés à la Developer Experience (CI/CD, Observabilité, Developer Portal etc) et à la Data, en tenant compte de leurs besoins et les attentes de l’entreprise, notamment en matière de sécurité et de scalabilité
- Promouvoir la culture DevOps au sein des équipes Product Experience & Technology
- Contribuer à l'architecture globale de la technologie
**VOTRE FUTURE EQUIPE**
Vous reportez au VP of Engineering et vous prenez le management d’une équipe composée de 3 personnes.
**CE POSTE EST POUR VOUS SI**:
- Vous avez une solide expérience en matière d'infrastructure et d'opérations sur un site à fort trafic
- Vous avez une expérience dans la gestion d’équipe et le management
- Vous avez une solide expérience en DevOps, SRE et principes d'Infrastructure as Code
- Vous êtes familiarisé avec AWS et les fournisseurs de cloud en général
- Vous avez une expérience pratique avec Kubernetes, des outils de CI/CD et des solutions de monitoring
- Vous êtes un promoteur de la culture DevOps avec une volonté forte d’instaurer une collaboration poussée entre votre équipe et l’équipe de développement
- Vous êtes familiarisé avec la confidentialité des données, la continuité des activités, le risque informatique et cybernétique et la résilience technologique
- Vous êtes curieux, investigateur et analytique
- Vous êtes reconnus pour vos capacités techniques mais aussi pour vos compétences en communication, tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral
- Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation - capacité à planifier et à organiser le travail de manière à ce qu'il soit efficient et efficace
- Vous vous épanouissez dans un environnement dynamique et en constante évolution
- Vous pensez à la fois stratégiquement et tactiquement avec une forte attention aux détails
- Vous avez une aptitude à communiquer couramment en anglais et en français, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral
