L'École Normale Supérieure de Lyon dispense une formation d'excellence à des élèves et à des étudiants se destinant aux métiers de l'enseignement et de la recherche et concourt à la formation des cadres supérieurs de la haute administration et des entreprises.

**ENVIRONNEMENT ET CONTEXTE DE TRAVAIL**:
Le service ingénierie de projets est rattaché au service de la Vice-Présidence Recherche qui se compose d’une vingtaine de personnes. L’European Project Manager exercera ses missions sous l’autorité de la responsable du service ingénierie de projets.

**MISSIONS**:
Le projet ABILITY est lauréat de l’Appel à projets national ASDESR (Accélération des stratégies de développement des établissements d’enseignement supérieur et de recherche). Le projet est porté par un consortium de 11 établissements lyonnais : (universités, écoles, établissements de santé et organismes de recherche).

ABILITY vise à diversifier les ressources des partenaires par la mobilisation des fonds européens pour intensifier les activités de recherche et de formation. Une cellule Europe inter-établissements est ainsi structurée pour permettre la mutualisation des dispositifs par une équipe projet commune et des indicateurs partagés.

La cellule Europe met en œuvre les dispositifs de mobilisation des fonds européens et privés pour la recherche et la formation selon deux axes principaux : inciter davantage au dépôt de projets européens et intensifier et structurer l’appui au montage de projet.

Les partenaires ABILITY sont l’université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 et sa filiale Lyon Ingénierie Projets, l’université Lumière Lyon 2, l’université Jean Moulin Lyon 3, l’ENS Lyon, l’école d’ingénieurs CPE, le CNRS, l’INRIA, l’INRAE, l’INSERM et les HCL.

Dans le cadre de ce projet, le service ingénierie de projets de l’ENS de Lyon recherche un(e) European Project Manager (projets H2020 / Horizon Europe / Erasmus +) ayant une expérience confirmée dans le management ce type de projets afin d‘assurer les missions suivantes:

- Superviser la mise en œuvre des projets européens et s’assurer de leur bonne exécution, suivre les échéances contractuelles des projets (recrutements, productions de livrables techniques, scientifiques et financiers, avenants, etc.)
- Suivre les dépenses en lien avec la Direction des Affaires Financières et les laboratoires concernés : ventilation et transfert de fonds, reversement aux partenaires, mise à jour et suivi des budgets, contrôle de l’éligibilité des dépenses
- Coordonner la préparation, la consolidation et la remise des rapports financiers en lien avec les services concernés, dans le respect des délais du financeur
- S'assurer que tout document de justification est correctement établi et conservé en prévision d'éventuels audits
- Pour les projets en coordination:

- Organiser et animer les réunions de consortium, les colloques, séminaires, rédaction des comptes rendus
- Participer aux workpackages et à la rédaction de livrables non scientifiques du projet (formation, management et communication, synthétisation des documents financiers nécessaires à la justification des projets)
- Participer à la mise à jour et à la création d’outils de communication Internet et externe des projets (site web, réseaux sociaux) et assurer une communication efficace avec tous les acteurs du projet y compris le financeur
- Pilotage des actions de communication et de dissémination externes (site Internet, diffusion d’articles, etc ) relatives au projet

**PROFIL**:
Votre formation (idéalement bac + 5 : Master affaires européennes, management de projets, projets européens) ou votre expérience vous ont conduit(e) à maîtriser le système de financement européen sur appels à projets, ainsi qu’à disposer de solides connaissances en matière d’organisation et de fonctionnement de l'enseignement supérieur et de la recherche en France et en Europe. Vous avez des notions de finances publiques, de comptabilité et de droit des contrats. Vous êtes capable de mener des actions de communication interne et externe en français comme en anglais.

Le poste nécessite un excellent relationnel et des capacités de dialogue et de négociation avec des acteurs différents (chercheurs, administration, financeurs) en France et à l’étranger. Vous êtes réactif, organisé et rigoureux. Vous êtes capable de travailler en équipe et de mettre en place et suivre un fonctionnement **en mode projet**. Vous savez rendre compte à votre hiérarchie sur les activités d’une manière régulière tant à l’écrit qu’à l’oral.
