Vos principales missions seront:
Rattaché(e) à la Responsable RSE Groupe, vous travaillerez également en étroite collaboration avec la Chief Sustainability and Security Officer et les équipes RSE de Radisson Hotel Group.
Vous jouerez un rôle essentiel en soutenant l'équipe RSE de Louvre Hotels Group ainsi que les opérations régionales et d'autres équipes dans l'activation du plan stratégique du groupe.
Vous coordonnerez différents projets de conformité et de communication tels que:
- Le suivi et animation des objectifs RSE du groupe, au niveau des hôtels et du siège
- Le déploiement de la certification Hotel Sustainability Basics et d’écolabels dans tous les hôtels
- La gestion des données et la mise en œuvre de la directive européenne CSRD
- La conformité avec des réglementations françaises telles que le Décret tertiaire ou la loi AGEC
- L’engagement des collaborateurs et des hôtels dans des actions environnementales
Poste transverse et polyvalent impliquant des interactions quotidiennes avec les différents départements du groupe.
Profil idéal:
Titulaire d’un bac +4/5 en RSE et/ou développement durable, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie en RSE et aimez la gestion de projet.
Vous avez des compétences analytiques et savez communiquer à l’écrit et à l’oral à la fois en anglais et en français.
Vous maîtrisez la suite Office, en particulier Excel et Powerpoint.
Vous êtes reconnus pour votre esprit d’équipe, votre capacité à convaincre et influencer ainsi que votre capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et à résoudre les problèmes.
Vous maitrisez les concepts et enjeux du développement durable (règlementations, bilan carbone, énergie ).
