En tant que **Risk Manager F/H** vous êtes rattaché au Directeur Délégué Risques, fonction clé Risques de Mutex.
**Vos principales missions seront les suivantes**:
- Construction de la cartographie des risques majeurs ;
- Pilotage de l’exercice ORSA (définition des scénarios, coordination des équipes en charges des calculs, etc.) ;
- Production des rapports ORSA annuels et ponctuels avec la coordination des principaux contributeurs ;
- La mise à jour des politiques annuelles dont le département est en charge (ORSA, etc.) ;
- La participation à la réalisation d’études ponctuelles visant à apprécier les risques liés à des projets soumis aux instances de décisions (avis RFC, travaux spécifiques) ;
- Définition et suivi du cadre d’appétence aux risques (dont définition d’un « budget risque » par risques principaux) ;
- Assurer la veille réglementaire Solvabilité 2 et maintenir à jour les normes de calculs internes des indicateurs de risques ;
- Contribuer au pilotage et à la production des exercices réglementaires : QRT, RSR / SFCR Stress tests ;
- Préparer et participer aux comités des risques en présence de la direction générale.
Dans le cadre de ces missions, vous collaborez principalement avec la direction générale, la direction des Investissements, la direction technique et performance, la fonction actuarielle, la direction Finance ainsi que la direction de la conformité.
Vous serez également amené à participer à des groupes de travail externes avec le groupe VYV.
**Profil souhaité**:
De formation supérieure, vous disposez d'une expérience significative d'au moins 8 ans dans les métiers du risque et de l'assurance.
Vous connaissez la réglementation Solvabilité 2 et vous avez une expérience en inventaire (en norme sociale ou solvabilité 2).
Orienté (e) client, vous savez collaborer efficacement, tant avec les métiers qu'avec le top management.
Rigoureux(se), vous adoptez une démarche structurée garantissant l'objectivité des études et diagnostics.
Reconnu(e) pour la qualité de vos analyses, vous avez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles. Vous appréciez le travail en mode projet et êtes reconnu(e) pour votre bienveillance et votre esprit d'équipe.
Autonomie, sens du résultat et respect des délais sont des atouts pour réussir dans ce poste.
