**Alternance - Conduct & Control Project Manager (H/F) -12 mois**

**Poste basé à Levallois-Perret à pourvoir à partir de septembre 2024**

**Missions, équipe et environnement de travail, ça donne quoi ?**

Présent dans 20 pays, BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions est le métier spécialisé dans les solutions de crédit-bail et les solutions locatives pour équipements professionnels et immobiliers.

Il/elle:

- participera au pilotage des risques non financiers, qui représentent une dimension essentielle de la gestion des risques au sein de BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions (BPLS).
- assurera le suivi des sujets liés au Risque Opérationnel, dont:

- les recommandations de l’Inspection Générale, réglementaires et d’audit,
- les normes et procédures du Groupe BNP Paribas applicables à BPLS
- les incidents opérationnels et potentiels
- l’auto-évaluation des risques et des contrôles (RCSA = Risk & Control Self Assessment) pour chaque fonction/métier
- contribuera au projet d’optimisation du dispositif de contrôle (procédures & contrôles).
- travaillera dans un environnement international en lien avec les coordinateurs locaux des contrôles permanents opérationnels dans les différents Métiers et Pays de BPLS

communiquera avec les correspondants locaux et délivrera des supports écrits en anglais.

**L**'équipe CCCO (Chief Conduct & Control Office) est une petite équipe de 4 personnes créée en avril 2022.

Votre QG ? Levallois-Perret (92), 18 Rue Baudin est accessible en transport public (Métro, Tramway, Bus).

Les locaux sont aménagés en Flex Office et comprennent un restaurant d'entreprise, des espaces de réunion et de convivialité, une conciergerie et une salle de sport.

Nos tuteurs et tutrices se forment en continu pour mieux vous accompagner dans toutes les composantes de votre alternance, toujours avec bienveillance. Une partie de leur temps de travail est d'ailleurs dédiée à votre encadrement : conseils de méthodes de travail, aide à la maîtrise du temps, développement d’une posture professionnelle... De quoi vous sentir bien dès votre arrivée Trois temps forts d’évaluation de votre alternance sont prévus, à l’issue de votre période d’essai, à mi-parcours et en fin de contrat.

Ce poste, basé à Levallois Perret, est à pourvoir à partir de 02/09/2024 pour une durée de 12 mois.
