**YOUR ROLE**
- Act as an integrator, solution-maker, and change manager between all working capital stakeholders and fuel the Cash Culture within CEVA.**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**
- Coordinate and manage the Working capital: own the Net Working Capital measurement and provide senior finance and local management with insights and knowledge to shape the cash generation strategy in coordination with the credit management department
- Set up, analyse, and integrate KPIs such as DSO/DPO/DBO into our steering landscape across the entire company and by Product line
- Initiate and coordinate the work of cross-functional experts, looking for ongoing working capital improvements
- Implement and produce an NWC forecast, monitor and challenge deviations and drive improvements in the forecasting model
- Review Working capital and cash conversion cycle for new significant commercial lead
**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Master’s degree in finance
- 5 yrs. of experience in an international company in business controlling
- IT literacy
- English fluency
- Strong financial modeling skills in creating forecasts and variance analysis from a variety of sources
**Desirable**
- 7 to 10 yrs. desirable
- Previous experience on cash and/or working capital-related topics
- Familiar with common ERP and BI Tools
