POSITION: Internal Sales Support Executive

LOCATION : Barentin, Seine
- Maritime, Normandy

SALARY: - Up to €35,000 euros, + bonus

Our client is the global leader in the design, manufacture and distribution of mini pumps that remove condensate water from air conditioning and refrigeration systems. The company has offices and warehousing in the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, USA, and Australia. The group currently employs over 200 people and exports its products to over 100 countries. Additionally, their comprehensive range encompasses HVAC tools & equipment, HVAC Chemicals, Accessories & Portable lighting.

As a result of continual growth, they are now looking to recruit a new position of an Internal Sales Support Executive reporting directly to the Territory Director. This is key role to support the field-based sales team in Southern and Eastern European markets.

Being a pro-active problem solver and having a high level of attention to detail is imperative. This role provides a high level of customer service to internal customers.

Key Responsibilities include:

- Deliver sales support to all Countries within the Territory.
- Act as the sales link between manufacturing bases in the UK, France, Germany, and Italy.
- Effectively coordinate and communicate on product availability, new product launches, marketing materials, merchandising and point of sale.
- Be the Territory based communication point for all sales related queries.
- Develop strong relationships with field-based country/sales management.
- Produce weekly reports to the Territory Director
- Minimum 2 years’ sales support experience preferably working with a multi-national manufacturer.
- Ability to develop strong relationships.
- Experience working within a multi-cultural environment.
- High energy, results driven and ambitious.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills - IT, CAD computer literate
- Languages: French and English essential.
