Le site de Valenciennes, également Centre d’Excellence pour le Groupe SKF, développe des solutions innovantes dans le domaine spatial et aéronautique.
**En tant qu'Apprenti(e) en Automatisation et Digitalisation vos missions seront les suivantes**:
**Mise en Place d'une Cellule Automatisée (Cobot)**:
- Participer à l'implémentation et à la mise en place d'une cellule automatisée avec un cobot.
- Formation à la programmation et à l'utilisation du cobot pour améliorer les processus de production.
**Digitalisation des Données**:
- Digitaliser les données issues des machines d'usinage pour optimiser le suivi et l'analyse des performances.
- Mettre en place des solutions innovantes pour la collecte et la gestion des données de production.
**Traitement des Données**:
- Analyser les données collectées pour produire des statistiques et des tableaux de bord pertinents.
- Utiliser les données pour identifier des opportunités d'amélioration et optimiser les processus de production.
**Le profil que nous recherchons**:
- **Formation**:
- Master GEII ou ingénieur, avec une formation initiale en DUT/BUT GEII.
- **Compétences et Qualités**:
- Connaissances en informatique industrielle, notamment en automate, traitement des données et programmation en C.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe dans un environnement dynamique.
- Forte motivation pour apprendre et contribuer à des projets d'automatisation et de digitalisation.
- Bonnes compétences en communication et en résolution de problèmes.
- Autonomie, rigueur et sérieux.
