We are looking for a **Communication specialist **under unlimited contract to join our team

Our MATERI’ACT activity is looking for a Communication Specialist for its site based in **Lyon.**

As the Communications Specialist of MATERI’ACT, your role is to build, develop and promote the awareness and the image of the brand worldwide, positively and consistently & to develop effective and motivating internal communications to support employees’ engagement

**You will be working on challenges that matter**

**Your missions**:
**External communication**
- Implement the communication plan and follow the associated budget
- Promote MATERI’ACT's image toward external audiences: customers, business partners, medias, talents, public stakeholders,
- Develop external communication tools in line with the external communication strategy and action plan with a strong focus on digital tools
- Write and maintain the corporate and products messaging platforms
- Organize MATERI’ACT's participation to professional and public event (exhibitions, conferences, job fairs )
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers (designers, communication agencies, translators,).

Internal communication
- Build an internal communication plan
- Ensure that the strategy is known and understood by all employees
- Convey through a unique and united message a common and consistent culture and values
- Develop internal communication materials in line with the internal communications strategy and action plan.

The position of the Communications Specialist is placed under the direct responsibility of MATERI’ACT’s Vice-President and under the functional responsibility of the Business Group Communication Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's Degree in Communication, Journalism or Social Sciences
- At least 5 years’experience in a similar role if possible in an industrial company
- Ability to master both strategic efficiency and operational efficiency
- Excellent speaking and writing skills in english and french
- Digital native mastering digital tools (social networks, website, SEO, SEA)
- Creativity, open mind, autonomy and international mindset
- Communication network in Lyon is a plus (existing contacts & relationships with local medias and suppliers).
