**Mission**
As a member of the C-Power Business Group FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) team, the FP&A intern will conduct the FP&A activities at divisional level and support the local finance controllers from different regions (Europe, Asia, North America and South America) for the monthly reporting and construction of divisional Budget and Strategic plan.
**Responsibilities**
**Monthly Closing and Forecast**
- Consolidation of Volume, Topline & Operating Margin to help to pilot the monthly results (using the Hyperion Planning)
- Prepare the reporting for P&L split by product & by plant and communication to top management.
- Help with monitoring the monthly rolling forecast from construction to the consolidation and dashboarding of the final data.
Financial Controlling
- Controlling of the Data Quality base on the bottom-up approach for forecast.
- Monthly controlling the data consistency between Hyperion Planning and HFM
Financial reporting system (Hyperion)
- Support FP&A team to tackle with solutions for financial reporting system.
- Work collaboratively with EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) team for testing of IT solutions.
Budget Cycle
- Support the FP&A team and local financial controllers for the Budget construction.
- Assis on the Budget reporting (consolidation files, PPTs) for top management
YOUR PROFILE:
Personal Background
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's degree in business school or finance specialization
- A pronounced interest for ERP systems, controlling processes and tools
- Solid verbal and written communication in English (French is a plus)
- Previous experience in FP&A or financial controlling would be a plus
- Available for 6 months internship, ideally starting from September
Job Technical skills
- Must: Excellent analytical and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), especially on Excel.
- Preferred: Strong VBA programming skills.
- Python, Power Automate, or other programming skills is a plus.
