**Purpose of the position**

To provide full administrative support to the Regional GFE EMEIA Team to make more effective and efficient use of their time, by coordinating, planning and providing timely prioritised support.Ensuring a good communication flow and coordination with other Building blocks and the local Sites

**Accountabilities**

Team assistance which enables smooth running of the EMEIA Regional Team and direct support to the Regional Head of EMEIA.

Co-Ordinate GFE Pillars relevant communication and be a key point of contact for business and GFE queries (Local and Global). Responsible for the good GFE information and communication workflow across the region.

Monitor adherence to processes and procedures to ensure compliance. Propose and implement new processes/process enhancements within the Regional team, to help them to work in an efficient way in the matrix.

Tracks and monitors expenditure against relevant team and GFE budgets where appropriate and is able to manage the P2P process.

Uses software within functional area to compile and

generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables,

graphs, correspondence and presentations. Provides support to the Regional GTO.

**Regulatory and/or organizational requirements**:
Be conversant with and follow all relevant company procedures and processes associated with the company, GFE and GFE pillars.

**Job complexity**:
Responsible for a good coordination of the Regional Team with the different interfaces Global and Local.

Understanding the GFE organization to provide advice/direction to business partners and other colleagues when needed

Works closely with the Regional Head of EMEIA and GTO to enable the team with administrative support, reports and tools. Able to propose improvements in the day to day operational work to ensure that efficiency and agile ways of working are brought to the Regional Team. Manages multiple tasks and assignments at the same time.

**Job expertise**:
MS Office, SAP
- Fluent English, written and verbal
- Knowledge of GFE topics and organization
- Project, process, change management and analytical skills
- Holistic understanding of pharmaceutical business and BI business areas
- Experience in working within a matrix management environment / shared services center
- Prioritise own workload on a daily basis

**Minimum requirements for training / qualification**

Education: BTS (BAC+2) Executive Assistant or similar

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and

data entry experience

Minimum 2 to 5 years' experience in a similar position: Executive assistant including budgetary monitoring duties
