We are looking for a Procurement Analyst based in Mérignac.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collect and analyse procurement data
- Analyse monthly OTIF reports, compile data and alert the buyers in case of deviation
- Collect and prepare annual financial analysis and suppliers scorecard
- Summarize the data related to yearly supplier evaluations from different plants (4 plants)
- Prepare reports and dashboards to track key procurement metrics (PPV report, forecast, etc.)
- Prepare the documentation to help the buyers launch tenders
- Create and update contracts with Legal, create and update suppliers’ data (contacts, address, etc.) in each ERPs, for all sites
- Input suppliers price grids in ERPs for all sites (updates and new SKUs)
- Collect and review suppliers’ questionnaires, code of conduct, CDAs, etcand archive them in a relevant system according to sites’ requirements

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**
- Bachelor’s degree or Licence, ideally in Procurement or Supply Chain
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in procurement
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- Strong communication & analytical skills
- Building templates for data analysis and collection
- Practical knowledge of procurement management systems
- Attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Excel (advanced)
- Fluent French / English
