To support the growth of our activity and to succeed our customers' needs in terms of density, power consumption and operating frequency of their integrated circuits, we are looking for a **Sales Administrator **(F/M), based in **Meylan** (38).

As a member of the sales and marketing team, you will assist the sales team in the day-to-day management of their files. As a relay for the sales team and at the interface with internal departments (sales, finance, project managers), you will be involved in the administration of a customer portfolio in France and worldwide.

***As a Sales Administrator, your main missions are**:

- Ensure the administrative formalities related to contracts and their evolution (amendment, additional annexes, acceptance report, AR meetings, translation requests, etc.),
- Manage customer orders, issue delivery notes, send media to customers
- Enter the different elements in the management software
- Follow-up of support hours
- Manage billing disputes in collaboration with the collection department and external customers
- Updating and processing databases and creating presentation materials
- Follow-up and validation of the representatives' commissions
- Follow up on revenue with the finance department
- You will ensure that the quality of customer relations is maintained, when receiving complaints and resolving problems related to the management of sales files.

**You're about to become a dolphin..**:
With a BTEC Higher National Diploma in commerce/management (BAC +2 equivalence in France), you have ideally acquired 5 years's experience in the field of sales administration.

Rigorous, structured and autonomous, you have a strong team spirit and you are adaptable.

You are able to understand and analyze figures, and you have a basic knowledge of accounting entries.

You are organized and reliable in managing follow-up files.

You have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to stand back from situations. You have a sense of customer service. You like to exchange ideas and find solutions for our customers.

You are at ease with computers and master the Pack Office (especially Excel).

ENGLISH B2-C1 oral and written

You have ideally already worked on SAGE.
