We are looking for a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Manager, for our Cookware activity whose headquarters are located in France, in Rumilly, near Annecy.

**MISSION**
**:
Reporting to the General Manager of the Cookware Business Unit, your mission is to accelerate the integration of Sustainable Development into the creation of the Group's product and service offerings. To do this, you define the key topics and manage the implementation of the main levers of the Sustainable Development strategy for the Cookware activity.

**As part of Groupe SEB's CSR policy, drive the CSR Strategy of the cookware Business Unit**
- Actively contribute to the animation of the Group's CSR strategy, ensure its deployment and monitoring on the perimeter of Cookware business unit.
- Define in collaboration with the quality, marketing, development, purchasing, innovation teams the Priority Projects + KPIs of the BU in line with the CSR strategy.
- Manage the projects identified in close collaboration with the various business lines.
- Reporting to the Steering Committee of the BU of the progress of the various projects.

**Manage and coordinate circular economy projects**:

- Manage several complex Projects around The Circular Economy (recycling operations, zero waste, second life products, etc.).
- Accelerate the integration of recycled materials into all our products in collaboration with the business lines.
- Deploy the eco-design policy and enrich the ECOdesign product portfolio.

**Train, equip, mobilize teams**:

- Train teams on eco-design and responsible communication topics.
- Deploy and follow the eco-packaging policy.
- Perform product life cycle assessments.

**Contribute to defining and enhancing brand commitments**:

- Contribute to the definition of brand commitment in connection with the brand / marketing teams.
- Review communications and claims to ensure responsible communication guidelines are followed.

**REQUIRED PROFILE**
**:

- Master’s degree in business administration, marketing or CSR, you have an experience of at least 5 years in the field, in an international environment.

Your English is fluent.
- You have a sensitivity, an interest and a conviction for issues related to Sustainable Development and eco-responsible lifestyles
- Your sense of communication, your influence and your qualities of animation and your leadership allow you to make your interlocutors adhere to your ideas.
- You have a good analytical and synthesis mind.
- You have complex project management skills and a good ability to work and lead a multifunctional project team effectively.
- Creativity, responsiveness, and reliability will be key to carry out your missions.
