**IT Asset & Configuration Manager H/F**:

**LE CONTEXTE**
Au sein de l’équipe d’Asset Management, vous assurerez la fourniture de services pour un de nos clients grands comptes. Vous serez garant(e) du résultat fourni et du respect de nos engagements contractuels, tout en veillant à ce que nos services soient alignés avec les besoins commerciaux de nos clients.
**LES MISSIONS**
- Vous serez responsable de la prestation d’Asset Management au client et de l'équipe de gestion de parc informatique selon le contrat et compte tenu du budget.
- Vous assurerez la création et la maintenance des profils de service, y compris le document de plan de service.
- Vous chercherez à améliorer l'adoption et l'utilisation des modèles d'impact sur les services à travers les gammes de services GIO.
- Vous jouerez le rôle d’interface de service entre les équipes internes et le client.
- Vous assisterez aux revues de service et aux réunions avec le client.
- Vous soulèverez les requêtes de données, les problèmes et les demandes de travail avec les Team Leaders pour l'affectation et l'achèvement.
- Vous serez responsable de la publication et de la livraison des rapports et des mesures du service client.
- Vous apporterez votre expertise en la matière (SME) au sein de l’Asset and Configuration Service pour une partie de l'une des disciplines de service. Cela englobera:
- Identifier et notifier les nouvelles initiatives des services et innovations
- Elaborer et maintenir à jour les feuilles de route de service pour la discipline assignée
- Processus AIS
- Fournir des conseils de haut niveau aux groupes de pairs et au client pour la discipline assignée
- Identifier et notifier les opportunités d'automatisation des processus dans l'ensemble du service
**LE PROFIL**
- Vous justifiez d’une expérience d’au moins 3 ans dans un rôle d'Asset Management et d’une excellente connaissance des environnements informatiques et d'infrastructure en ligne avec le rôle.
- Autonome, vous démontrez une approche analytique et systématique pour résoudre les problèmes de compte et les affectations.
- Vous êtes doté(e) d’excellentes compétences relationnelles afin de représenter le service face au client.
- Vous faites preuve d’une bonne connaissance de Remedy ITSM et capacité à créer des modèles de service.
- Vous êtes à l'aise avec la rédaction de processus et des rapports de service.
