About the role*
The Marketing Executive will be responsible for marketing related activities for the business unit “Smart Alarms" in Europe with focus on France, DACH, Benelux. Targets is to support the organic growth through local marketing programs and support Global initiatives. This role will report to the Director of Segment Marketing and will be based in Netherlands, Belgium or France. ( Hybrid work model).
**Responsibilities**
- Organize events and webinars for existing and potential customers, promoting them to ensure their success.
- Support the sales team in the area, by providing them with Marketing Qualified Leads.
- Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent tone of voice
- Assist, developing and managing content and social media marketing programs, including blogs and public relations efforts.
- Update the web pages and content on the web (.fr,.de,.nl)
- Close partnership with sales, participating in sales team meetings, making sure to understand and know the markets and business.
- Work with SEM - relevant search words and ads, in cooperation with the Digital Marketing Manager.
- Work with SEO to optimize the web pages.

**Q**ualifications*
- Marketing professional with +3 years of international experience in both online and offline marketing (campaigns, marketing automation, event management, social media management, measure KPI and reporting to management).
- Experience in Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
- Experience in paid media (SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
- Experience from any CMS tool (preferable wordpress)
- Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented, able to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Native French and excellent English skills (German and Dutch are nice to have)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as copywriting and proofreading skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Must have a high level of creativity
