OUR FUTURE COLLABORATION

In a context of ST quality transformation, you will integrate a dynamic team, within the corporate Product Quality & Reliability (PQR) department.
- Reporting to the Product Quality & Reliability Group Human Resources (Group HR PQR), you will be responsible for Supporting the Quality Culture & People Strategy through different initiatives and strategic programs.
- The main goal is to deploy and implement those different initiatives in a project mode towards all the Quality functions within ST company.

All activities are coordinated in close partnership with Corporate Quality Organization, Corporate Human Resources Organization and Corporate Communication Organization. It will also involve Regions, Product Groups and Manufacturing to be impactful towards all our Quality stakeholders in the world.

Location is flexible, within European ST locations

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

- Support the design of the Quality Learning Strategy
- Align the Corporate Quality Learning offer to the needs at company level
- Deploy and develop E-Learning & Training modules
- Support the organization of training sessions and Reporting
- Participate to the “Campus management” initiatives around the world and develop the Campus management Quality initiative
- Create and identify a Quality “specialist/expert” network across the ST Organizations and animate it
- Identify Quality Key Technical Competencies for Gap analysis and people development needs
- Support Quality events organization linked to Culture, Communication and People initiatives (Quality weeks, Recognition events etc )

Considering that the main goal of the role is to support the deployment of the Quality Culture & People Strategy through different initiatives, the main tasks listed above may evolve depending on needs, maturity of the initiatives, priorities etcYou'll need to propose innovative solutions and approaches on both learning and culture that support the company quality strategy.

**Profile**:

- 5-10 years experience minimum in Communication, HR development and/or project management roles
- Practical experience in People development and/or Learning&Training definition and deployment
- Ability to work seamlessly across regional and cultural boundaries in cross functional organization
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and positive energy - able to work directly with Quality Management at Senior level with high level of credibility
- English fluent
