Notre client, société de gestion basée à Paris, recrute un/une
**Compliance Officer** F/H en CDI
Intégré(e) au sein du Département Juridique et Conformité, vous serez rattaché(e) au Directeur juridique sous sa responsabilité ainsi que celle du Secrétaire général et du RCCI auprès desquels vous devrez rapporter.
- ** Contrôles de premier niveau**: analyse des profils de risque des clients et contreparties
- ** PCCI** : participation à l’élaboration et au suivi du plan annuel de conformité et de contrôle interne
- ** KYC** : analyses de la complétude des dossiers et de la connaissance des clients et contreparties (entrée suivi et clôture de la relation en relation, classification et notification)
- ** FATCA/CRS**: analyse de la conformité des dossiers (déclaration et validité)
- Analyse des **communications externes **ou de tous **documents commerciaux **avant publication ou communication
- Participation active à la création ou aux mises à jour des **processus**, **procédures**, **modes opératoires **et de la **base de données interne**:
- ** Notes de conformité**: préparation et suivi des notes dans le cadre d’investissements, co-investissements, désinvestissements
- ** Registres internes et remédiations**: préparation et suivi (déclarations du personnel relatives aux transactions personnelles et cadeaux/avantages, conflits d’intérêts, anomalies et dysfonctionnements, mandats, transactions transfrontalières, etc.)
- Gestion des **questions diverses **des équipes d’investissement en lien avec la conformité et contrôle interne.
Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master II en droit/audit/contrôle/risques/conformité, avez une appétence particulière pour les aspects règlementaires/conformité et possédez une expérience concluante en société de gestion ou en audit réglementaire/conformité/contrôle interne - Une connaissance du capital investissement serait un plus.

- Dynamique, enthousiaste et volontaire, vous aimez travailler en équipe tout en faisant preuve d’autonomie
- Curieux(se) et prêt(e) à vous investir dans une équipe à taille humaine
Vous avez une:
- Connaissance du domaine de la Compliance / Conformité Société de Gestion (KYC, LCB-FT, prévention de la corruption et des fraudes, due diligences, conflits d’intérêts, etc.)
- Connaissance des réglementations applicables aux sociétés de gestion (RGAMF, CMF, AIFM, FATCA/CRS, MIFID, EMIR, SFDR, MAR, MAD, etc.)
- Excellente capacité rédactionnelle et de synthèse + autonomie dans la recherche d’informations
- Excellente maîtrise des outils bureautiques (MS office) et bonne connaissance des sites et bases de données juridiques et réglementaires compliance
- Maîtrise de l’anglais opérationnel et juridique à l’écrit et à l’oral
