**Missions/Activités**:
Manager du projet LabEx IBEID, rattaché au sein du pôle national du Grants Office (GO) et sous la responsabilité du responsable scientifique (80% à Unité de Biologie cellulaire des Trypanosomes, 20% au GO)

Le projet Integrative Biology of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IBEID) est lauréat de la première vague d'appel d'offre “Laboratoire d'Excellence” (LabEx). Le projet, coordonné par Philippe Bastin et Carla Saleh à l'Institut Pasteur, regroupe 65 équipes de 3 institutions de recherche (Institut Pasteur, Inserm et EnvA) collaborant avec l'ANSES, Santé publique France et l'AP-HP qui sont en première ligne face aux maladies infectieuses émergentes (MIE). Ce projet réunit l'expertise multidisciplinaire de chercheurs dans les domaines de l'infectiologie, la microbiologie, la virologie, la parasitologie, la génétique humaine, l'épidémiologie, l'immunologie, l'entomologie et a pour ambition de renforcer les capacités de recherche sur les maladies infectieuses et leur émergence. Les 5 axes scientifiques sont (i) l'étude de la diversité/complexité microbienne, détection des émergences, (ii) l'étude de la diversité/complexité de l'hôte lors de la confrontation avec les pathogènes (iii) l'étude des interactions hôtes-pathogènes, découverte de nouvelles cibles pour la vaccinologie et les traitements thérapeutiques (iv) l'étude de la biologie des vecteurs arthropodes et (v) le développement d'un environnement technologique intégratif.

Activités principales

Rattaché au Grants Office et en collaboration avec les coordinateurs scientifiques du LabEx IBEID, vous assurerez une gestion efficace du partenariat et du consortium:

- Coordonner et animer le réseau de partenaires
- Mettre en place et assurer le suivi des programmes et activités du LabEx IBEID
- Suivre la mise en œuvre des accords qui devront être signés dans le cadre du partenariat (suivi contractuel dans ses composantes administratives, financières et techniques).
- Contribuer à l'organisation des paiements aux partenaires (en lien avec les entités de l'Institut Pasteur chargées de leur mise en œuvre)
- Contribuer au suivi et à la compilation des résultats du partenariat et contribuer à la préparation des rapports financiers et techniques auprès de l'ANR.
- Contribuer à et suivre les aspects transversaux dans le cadre de la coordination et gestion générale, y compris les indicateurs de performance et d'impacts du partenariat et la communication interne et externe.
- Contribuer à la promotion des activités du projet avec les partenaires du projet.

Activités complémentaires

Manager des projets au sein du pôle national du Grants Office principalement en lien avec le coordinateur du projet et les principaux chercheurs pasteuriens impliqués dans ce projet.

**Profil**:
Niveau de formation et/ou expérience requis:

- Titulaire d'un doctorat en sciences
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire

Savoir-faire:

- Connaissance du monde de la recherche et l'enseignement supérieur en France, avec ses acteurs
- Connaissance du cycle de vie et des étapes clés d'un projet de recherche : démarrage du projet, reporting financier et scientifique, etc.
- Capacité de négociation et d'interaction, avec les scientifiques comme les personnels administratifs et financiers
- Maitrise des techniques de communication orale et écrite
- Excellente maîtrise du Pack Office
- Excellente maîtrise de la langue anglaise (C1) et maîtrise de la langue française
- Connaissances des systèmes de financements institutionnels, notamment nationaux et européens, de la recherche.
