Dans le cadre du développement de ses activités, SNEF Marseille (13010) recherche son PROJECT MANAGER (H/F).

Les missions principales:

- Définir la stratégie à mettre en place pour l’exécution du Marché signé
- Définir l’organisation nécessaire pour la tenue des livrables et contraintes,
- Etablir et maintenir une relation proche et efficace avec le client,
- Assurer les tâches de suivi et de communication pour reporter en interne et auprès du client,
- S’assurer de la qualité et de la sécurité du chantier, veiller au respect des règles en matière d’hygiène et de sécurité (port des EPI),
- Aider à l’établissement et la gestion des contrats de sous-traitance et des achats jusqu’à leur clôture,
- Aider à la gestion des ressources nécessaires à la réalisation:

- Identification des besoins, planification, suivi des heures et suivi de la productivité
- Mettre en place les outils financiers nécessaires : Budget de référence et restes à faire, Trésorerie, facturations, assurances, cautions, etc ,
- Mettre en place les outils d’excellence opérationnelle et suivre leur bonne utilisation hebdomadairement,
- Préparer et diffuser le Reporting formel interne et externe sur l’avancement du Projet:

- Préparer les RàF mensuels, saisir les Fiches d’Analyse de Comptes (FAC) mensuellement puis les soumettre au Directeur de Projet pour validation (le cas échéant),
- Compléter les Fiches d’Observations Chantier (FOC) tout au long de l’affaire afin d’établir une main courante,
- Mettre à jour régulièrement le planning de l’affaire en y reportant l’avancement collecté par l’Excellence Opérationnelle (toutes les phases sont suives: études, chantier, réception, etc.) et le communiquer ces informations aux équipes,
- Assurer le suivi et le traitement des Fiches de Travaux Modificatifs (FTM) depuis la réception de la demande ou leur émission par SNEF jusqu’à leur validation : communiquer aux différents lots impactés et planifier les réponses, vérifier les devis de Travaux Supplémentaires et suivre jusqu’à la décision formelle finale du client,
- Gérer les pièces administratives et les envoyer aux services intéressés : courriers, Procès-verbaux (PV), compte rendus, etc ,
- Identifier et gérer les risques et les opportunités,
- Organiser les réunions de coordination avec l’équipe Projet hebdomadairement,
- Saisir les Qualités Gates (QG) et suivre la mise en place des actions correctives identifiées,
- Préparer le dossier de fin d’affaires et les Retours d’Expérience (REX).

Compétences clés:

- Maîtriser les techniques de management de projet (gestion technique, financière et contractuelle) et les processus associés
- Maîtriser les outils informatiques (bureautique, MS PROJECT, AUTOCAD Viewer)
- Maitriser les techniques d’encadrement opérationnel d’une équipe projet

PROFIL:
De formation BAC + 2 à BAC + 5 avec une expérience mínimale de 5 à 10 ans en gestion de projet.

Sur certains projets, le responsable PMO pourra intervenir auprès du Project Manager. Il pourra alors soit lui servir de référent ou rejoindre l’équipe projet pour aider le Project Manager dans la gestion du projet.

Sur de très grands forfaits, le Project Manager pourra occuper la fonction de Responsable de Lot ou suivant son expérience, de Directeur de Projet.
