**Your Mission**: As our Transportation Specialist based in Lyon, France and reporting to the EMEA Transportation and Distribution Manager, your role will be pivotal in our progress towards building a best-in-class customer experience. The main objective of the transportation specialist will be to deliver the right product to customers on the promised date, at an optimal cost with high quality, safety, and the best possible sustainability.
**Make Your Mark: How You Will Drive Change**:
Organize and monitor deliveries of solar panels and other products from our warehouses in Europe and/or factories to our end customers, from receipt of the transport order to delivery. Coordination with our transport service providers and our warehouses. Guarantee the completeness and accuracy of transport documents. Liaise with our warehouses/internal customers/partners/transport suppliers to ensure delivery to our customers on the requested date. Customer complaints follow up.
