We at LAN IT 24 are Currently Looking for IT engineers Onsite for the Location in France (OMEY).

Tasks
\- Customer complaints Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
\- Customer complaint Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
\- Customer fault SLA improvement
\- Onsite Installations/Demonstrations of equipment/instruments and executing testing jobs at project sites.
\- Customer complaints Online Resolution & Field team support for open SR's Reduction.
\- Troubleshooting of equipment/instruments.
**Requirements**:
\- Basic understanding of networking protocols.
\- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
\- Good analytical skills.
\- Basic network Knowledge
\- Should have good computer skills and the internet for extracting relevant information.
