**In this role, your mission and responsibilities will be to**:This Inside Sales Dubuis is responsible for the smooth running of the sales department. As such, he or she carries out the commercial and administrative processing of customer orders with a view to quality (service, cost, deadlines, etc.) and communicates to customers all the necessary technical information on the company's products and services. Specifically, you’ll:

- Ensure compliance with and monitoring of internal procedures and policies in force.
- Confirm compliance with contracts and conditions of sale.
- Participate in relevant meetings made necessary by the activity.
- Know and understand the market and knowledge of the products.
- Ensuring customer retention by informing and advising customers, resolution of disputes, and continuing relationship follow-up.
- Answer customers in a timely manner.
- Making use of internal training when applicable.
- Process and manage orders, respond to calls, tend to request quotes, validation of orders, and deadlines.
- Developing the volume of business which includes participating in the implementation of tools, prospecting new markets, report the need for new product development, participate in marketing operations.
- Refresh databases by monitoring markets (competition, prospecting) and update deadlines and database: product/customer satisfaction, forecasting.
- Implementation process improvement.
- Transmit your technical expertise to the employees of your department and participate in training programs.

**Experience and requirements**:
You’re a curious problem solver who can bring big ideas to life. You’re creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You’re agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we always deliver top-notch customer experiences. You also have:

- BAC+2 level training (BTS/DUT in commerce, sales, commercial negotiation, customer relations, commercial secretarial work) and/or strong experience in the function.
- A global knowledge of the industrial process of the company and the establishment.
- The ability of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic basics.
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques and commercial law. Mastering administrative management
- Know how to use a computer and its office tools. Master' use of the Office Excel/Word and software pack (ERP, CRM). Be proficient in English (B2 level) and possibly an additional foreign language
