Description du poste
Pleinement intégré(e) au sein de l’équipe FP&A Europe et Afrique du Nord votre mission sera de seconder le responsable dans sa mission : garantir la fiabilité de la production financière, piloter l’atterrissage des résultats, tout en étant le partenaire des équipes opérationnelles, en tant qu’expert financier, dans leur prise de décision.
Dans ce cadre, vous serez en charge de:
- Préparer les Reporting mensuel et analyse de la performance
- Développer de nouvelles analyses sur la profitabilité des contrats de management et de franchise
- Participer à la préparation du budget et des forecasts sur le périmètre Europe et Afrique du Nord tant sur la partie revenue que couts
- Apporter un soutien aux équipes opérationnelles
- Connaissaitre et analyser les contrats management et de franchise
- Participer aux missions transverses, notamment mise en place d’un nouveau système d’informations
**Qualifications**:
Compétences recherchés:
- Langue : maitrise du français et anglais
- Expérience en Finances, audit ou contrôle de gestion est un plus
- Connaissance du secteur hôtelier
- Connaissance des processus financiers (Reporting, budget, Estimés,)
- Une très bonne maîtrise d'Excel (fonctions avancées, tableaux croisés dynamiques, valeurs cubes...) et de Powerpoint
- Rigueur, fiabilité et organisation sont des points forts
- Vous êtes autonome et doté d'un esprit d'analyse et de synthèse
- Vous aimez travailler en équipe
- Vous avez une aisance relationnelle
