Fruit du travail ambitieux du designer Fabrizio Casiraghi, l’Hôtel des Grands Voyageurs a ouvert ses portes en octobre dernier au cœur de Paris, Rive Gauche.

Fort de ses 138 chambres, d’un espace séminaire, d’un restaurant et d’un bar intimiste « speakeasy », l’hôtel s’adresse à ceux qui recherchent une expérience vibrante avec beaucoup de caractère.

L’hôtel Des Grands Voyageurs recherche un **Stagiaire Meeting Spaces Project Manager** **pour** une période de 6 mois. Sous la supervision du responsable de département, vous serez impliqué(e) dans le projet de rénovation et de lancement des Espaces de Reunion.

**MISSIONS**:

- **Suivi des Travaux OS&E / FF&E**: Assurer le suivi minutieux des travaux liés aux systèmes de sécurité et de réseau, en veillant à la conformité des normes, gérer les achats de OS&E en coordination avec l’équipe Design de Fabrizio Casiraghi Studio
- **Coordination d'Équipe** : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les membres de l'équipe pour garantir une communication efficace et une coordination optimale des tâches.
- **Création d'Offres Meeting** : Participer à l'élaboration d'offres de réunions en développant des propositions attrayantes et adaptées aux besoins de nos clients.
- **Conciliation Cluster** : Gérer la conciliation avec le cluster en assurant une intégration harmonieuse des projets >> Events team clustered
- **Marketing/Réseau** : Contribuer au développement des activités marketing et au renforcement du réseau professionnel de l’hôtel.
- **Création de Template Demande Réservation Groupe**: Concevoir des modèles efficaces pour les demandes de réservations des petits groupes, privatisations des espaces Bar et Restaurant
- **Formation d'Équipe** : Organiser et participer à des sessions de formation pour renforcer les compétences de l'équipe dans le domaine des opérations et des projets.

**PROFIL RECHERCHÉ**
- Étudiant(e) en fin de cycle de formation en gestion de projet, hôtellerie, ou domaine similaire.
- Bonne compréhension des enjeux liés aux opérations et à la coordination de projets.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.
- Maîtrise des outils informatiques et logiciels liés à la gestion de projets.
- Capacité à s'adapter rapidement à un environnement dynamique.
- Très bonne maitrise de l’Anglais car tout se fera en anglais
