**A propos de l’offre d’emploi**:
Vous êtes responsable du suivi financier et contractuel d’un ou plusieurs projets à Paris ou 1ère couronne ouest.

Vous développez une vision globale du transfert du dossier par l’équipe études de prix à la livraison de l’opération au client.

A ce titre vous avez notamment en charge:

- La désignation des sous-traitants
- D'établir des contrats sous-traitants
- Suivi contractuel et financier du projet avec établissement d’un rapport mensuel interne
- Etablissement des situations d’avancement client
- Validation des situations d’avancement sous-traitant
- Clôture des DGD client et sous-traitant

Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes travaux pour établir un état financier au réel du projet.

Avec une expérience professionnelle dans la construction de bâtiment ou/et issu.e d’une formation spécialisée de tout niveau, vous aimez les chiffres et maitrisez l’anglais à l’oral et à l’écrit.

Vous êtes dynamique, tenace et avec la volonté de conduire un collectif pour la réussite d’un objectif commun.

Le poste est basé à Paris ou proche banlieue parisienne ouest.
