**Finalité du poste**
Rattaché au responsable de site, vous effectuez la maintenance préventive, corrective et curative sur l’ensemble des bâtiments du site, vous accompagnez les entreprises extérieures et participez activement l’entretien au suivi administratif des tours aéroréfrigérantes.

- Effectuer les maintenance préventives, réactives et correctives dans les règles de l’art
- Utiliser et compléter la GMAO client après intervention
- Utiliser les outils clients mis à disposition (tablettes par exemple)
- Effectuer des contrôles permanents des équipements (rondes)
- Procéder aux remplacements d’éclairage lorsque nécessaire
- Etablir un diagnostic en cas de panne et détecter son origine puis intervenir en conséquence
- Prendre en charge le dépannage des installations (électricité et CVC)
- Gérer et suivre les interventions des sous-traitants techniques
- Apporter un appui technique aux équipes locales
- Mettre à jour les différents tableaux de suivis (BT sous GMAO ), relevés de compteurs
- Veiller au bon fonctionnement des différents équipements liés à la sécurité du site
- Etre force de proposition dans le but d’optimiser la sécurité du site (proposer, participer et réaliser des actions d’amélioration continue)
- Réaliser diverses tâches de manutention (aménagement de salle de réunion, déménagement de petits mobiliers, aménagement du stock )
- Assurer le remplacement d’autres techniciens en cas d’absence
- Assurer le suivi du stock de matériel de rechange
- Promouvoir la communication entre les membres de l’organisation
- Prendre des dispositions pour identifier et éliminer ou maitriser les dangers et les risques liés au travail et à l’environnement et les communiquer le cas échéant
- Connaître et appliquer les procédures internes Bonnes Pratiques
- Respecter les Bonnes Pratiques documentaires
- Reporter tous les évènements observés et/ou découverts qui pourraient créer un risque

- Niveau d’expérience:
- Expérience de 3 ans sur un poste similaire
**COMPÉTENCES MÉTIER/TECHNIQUES**:
- HT/BT Electricien avec un minimum de 3 ans sur DC
- Connaissances Techniques en automatismes, hydraulique, pneumatique, électricité industrielle, climatisation et refroidissement, plomberie
- Connaissance de l’informatique industrielle
- Usage GMAO (gestion de la maintenance assistée par ordinateur
- Formation en maintenance industrielle / électrotechnique ou expérience adéquate
- Habilitation électrique BT (BR, BC) à mínima
