Profil recherché

QUI ETES-VOUS ?

Issu d'une formation initiale de niveau Bac +5, vous disposez d'une première expérience significative dans la Trade Compliance (Contrôle des exportations)

dans les secteurs de l'Industrie et/ou de l'Ingénierie.

Rejoindre nos équipes sera l'opportunité de:
Travailler en partenariat avec les différents métiers et Directions Transverses du Groupe : Achat, Supplier Manager, IS IT, Industrie et Ingénierie.

Collaborer avec les différentes Entités Thales France et Monde.

Evoluer dans des environnements de transformation qui impliquent des influences géopolitiques fluctuantes ?

Nous attendons de vous:
Une connaissance des réglementations applicables au contrôle des

exportations ?

Une appétence pour les outils et les technologies ?

Une capacité à interfacer à l'international ? Anglais impératif.

Une agilité pour interagir sur un périmètre transverse impliquant des collaborations avec différentes fonctions ?

CE QUE NOUS POUVONS ACCOMPLIR ENSEMBLE:
Rattaché à la Direction Juridique et Contrats de Thales Global Services, au sein d'une équipe d'une quinzaine de Collaborateurs, vous êtes garant de:
Développer une expertise règlementaire afin de maitriser les classements propres aux règlementations nationales et internationales d’exportation.

Contribuer au déploiement de la politique de classement élaborée par le Groupe.

Valider la qualité, fiabilité et pertinence des données de classement export control reçues de nos Fournisseurs et Partenaires.

Garantir le référentiel de classement des composants, produits et solutions utilisés ou conçus par le Groupe, et notamment au travers des bases et outils,

mis à disposition des Entités France / Monde.

Collaborer avec le réseau métier Trade Compliance du Groupe.

Anticiper les évolutions règlementaires, en évaluer l’impact sur la politique de classement et les systèmes d’information concernés.

Valider en coordination avec les Achats Groupe, la situation de conformité de nos Fournisseurs au regard des listes de sanctions, nationales et internationales.
