Descriptif du poste

Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Opérations, l'**Head of Logistic Operations H/F** a pour principal objectif d'assurer le pilotage et l encadrement des équipes et de l activité logistique opérationnelle, située au siège social de la société.

**Vous êtes particulièrement chargé des activités suivantes**:

- Management opérationnel des équipes logistiques opérationnelles : Organisation
- du travail des équipes, gestion des plannings, des entretiens annuels, gestion
- prévisionnelle des emplois et des compétences, fixation des objectifs afin de tenir
- le budget du service, Animations des réunions d équipe hebdomadaires, etc
- Management du(es) responsable(s) d activités logistiques et l équipe transport.
- Préserver le climat social et faire respecter les règles en vigueur dans l entreprise
- Participation aux offres commerciales sur les nouveaux prospects en support de
- l équipe commerciale, intégration et déploiement des nouveaux contrats clients
- internationaux dans le cadre des responsabilités du service entrepôt.
- Définir, proposer et déployer la politique de stockage de l entrepôt : optimisation de l espace et des moyens afin d améliorer la productivité et la qualité de service selon les typologies de stockage (mixité produit, sprinklage etc )
- Assurer la démarche d excellence opérationnelle à travers les composantes des
- activités de l entrepôt (stockage, procédures, KPI )
- Définir et proposer le budget des ressources techniques et humaines afin de garantir la continuité des activités de l entrepôt
- Coordonner les processus et méthodes liées aux entrepôts et transports au niveau du groupe.
- Gestion de 2 entrepôts et 50 personnes à encadrer

**Activités transverses**:
**Reporting**:

- Faire un reporting régulier au Directeur des opérations logistiques sur l ensemble
- des activités du service.
- Faire un retour hebdomadaire à l ensemble des équipes sur les KPI du service pour susciter l amélioration continue

**Systèmes d Informations**:

- Piloter les projets d évolution des fonctionnalités des SI de son périmètre en
- coopération avec sa direction, le département IT et les autres services concernés.
- Participer à de la veille sur les bonnes pratiques des systèmes d information et
- automatismes d entreposage

**Qualité**:

- Déploiement de la Qualité au sein de l entrepôt
- Etre acteur de la démarche environnementale et mettre en place des moyens
- logistiques permettant de supporter cette démarche
- Respect et déploiement en matière de sécurité et de stockage
- Suivi des actions qui découlent de la démarche d amélioration
- Utilisation des supports documentaires mis à disposition : consignes, modes opératoires

Profil recherché

**Profil souhaité**:

- 15 ans d'expériences minimum
