**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**Title : PURCHASE ORDER ADMINISTRATOR
Her/his main missions are to:
- Register and update Suppliers references in MDM
- Creates POs and Amendments in Jeevan ensuring the quality of the data entered in the system
- Check Suppliers draft invoices and verify with all relevant stakeholders the fullfilment of Suppliers obligations
- Expedite the submission of draft and/or formal invoices, if & when required
- Matching/Receipt of Suppliers formal invoices registered in TEN ERP (Jeevan)
- Follow-up validation & timely payment of invoices to Suppliers
- Look for Credit Notes & Refunds from Suppliers when needed
- Maintain project invoicing status up to date
- Closure of the POs in Jeevan
**Profile**
- Fluent in English
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Familiar with Mirosoft Office Tools and ability to use TEN IT Tools/Apps such as Jeevan and Smat
- Organized, rigourous, problem solving oriented & schedule driven
- Technical or Business degree/diploma
