Dans le cadre de ses activités de conseil, Enexflow accompagne les énergéticiens et entreprises technologiques sur les sujets métier et technique de l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’un produit digital.

Nous accompagnons nos clients dans la construction de stratégies digitales, la définition de besoins fonctionnels et techniques, la gestion de projet, le design de l’architecture, le data engineering, la conception de produit, la gestion des développements, la gestion des déploiements et le support opérationnel nécessaire à des produits digitaux en constante

évolution.

**Description du poste**:
Actuellement en phase de croissance et de structuration, Enexflow souhaite intégrer à son équipe des collaborateurs.trices désireux.ses d’accélérer la transition énergétique.

Enexflow recrute un.e Project Manager méticuleux.se avec un sens fort du relationnel pour accompagner nos clients dans la gestion projet au quotidien de projets digitaux.

Vous serez amené.e, par exemple, à gérer la coordination des parties prenantes métier et techniques dans le cadre du déploiement d’une plateforme logicielle pour la gestion d’assets solaires, éoliens et de stockage.

Ce rôle stratégique a pour objectifs:
1. Assurer que les exigences métier de nos clients soient atteintes

2. Satisfaire nos clients par la gestion efficace de projets, un soutien quotidien dans la résolution de problèmes, l’analyse et la définition de nouveaux besoins métiers

3. Être le lien entre nos clients et nos équipes techniques

4. Contribuer à la croissance de l’activité en sécurisant les projets existants et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités d’apporter de la valeur à nos clients

Ce poste exige de faire preuve de rigueur, de pouvoir alterner avec aisance entre réflexions stratégiques et analyses opérationnelles, de posséder un sens de l’organisation exceptionnel et de capitaliser au quotidien sur ses capacités relationnelles pour assurer le bon déroulé des projets auprès de parties prenantes métier, techniques, opérationnelles et managériales.

Enexflow étant une équipe encore en croissance, le rôle demande aussi de la proactivité et de l’autonomie pour contribuer efficacement au développement de l’entreprise.

**Responsabilités**
- Gestion métier de projets digitaux (suivi au quotidien des plannings, coordination des

équipes projet client et internes, analyse et résolution de problèmes, recueil et spécification des besoins client, animation de réunions, reporting)
- Gérer les attentes des clients afin d’assurer un déploiement serein
- Garantir la qualité et la conformité des livrables
- Communication quotidienne avec les équipes client, notamment avec des rôles opérationnels, pour l’analyse et la résolution de problèmes et la spécification de nouveaux besoins métier.
- Collaborer avec les équipes client et nos équipes techniques
- pour garantir l’exhaustivité du cahier des charges lorsqu’un nouveau besoin est identifié.
- dans l’analyse, la résolution et la documentation de problèmes et de leurs solutions.
- Etre garant de la bonne compréhension des besoins métier par les différentes parties prenantes techniques.
- Rédiger des documents opérationnels.
- Maximiser la satisfaction des clients.
- Assister le reste de l’équipe dans le développement commercial de l’entreprise.

**Profil Recherché**
- MS., ou Ph.D. en école d'ingénieur ou de commerce (avec une forte appétence pour la

Tech)
- Niveau d'expérience : Junior
- Fort intérêt pour les domaines de la Tech et de la transition énergétique
- Souhaite s’impliquer pour comprendre de manière exhaustive les opérations associées au déploiement et au support d’une solution logicielle B2B
- Energie: une première familiarisation avec le secteur (master, césure, etc.)
- Langue: Aisance complète,à l’écrit et à l’oral, de l'anglais et du français. La maîtrise de l’Espagnol est un plus.
- Les plus: expérience en développement informatique, expérience entrepreneuriale
