**POSTE ET MISSIONS**

Dans le cadre de notre développement sur la ville **de Strasbourg (67) **, nous recherchons **un(e) agent d'état des lieux - Indépendant.**

En lien direct avec notre équipe de gestion, vos missions seront les suivantes:
**=> Réaliser les états des lieux d'entrée ou de sortie des locataires**:
Forfait en fonction de la taille des appartements (dans le cas de mono-habitation) et du nombre de locataires entrant ou sortant simultanément (dans le cas de collocations):

- Studio, T2 ou 1 locataire entrant/sortant d'une collocation : 63 € HT (Meublé) / 53€ HT (Non meublé)
- T3 mono-habitation ou 2 locataires entrant/sortant en même temps : 79 € HT (Meublé) / 63€ HT (Non meublé)
- T4 mono-habitation ou 3 locataires entrant/sortant en même temps : 95 € HT (Meublé) / 76€ HT (Non meublé)
- T5 mono-habitation ou 4 locataires entrant/sortant en même temps : 119 € (Meublé) / 96€ HT (Non meublé)
- T6 mono-habitation ou 5 locataires entrant/sortant en même temps : 142 € (Meublé) / 113€ HT (Non meublé)

**=> Assurer l'On-boarding (pré-visite) des appartements**:
Il s’agit de la première visite du bien par Oqoro après signature du mandat de gestion.

Cela consiste à:

- Renseigner la fiche d'informations de l'appartement (emplacements compteurs, identifications des clés, type d'accès à l’appartement, nom sur la porte, identification de la boites aux lettres, local à vélo, etc...).
- Réaliser le contrôle qualité (tester les clés, contrôler les évacuations, l’électricité, les appareils de cuisine etc...).
- Récupérer, lister et déposer les clés chez notre partenaire.

Forfait en fonction de la taille des appartements:

- Studio : 84 € HT (Meublé) / 67€ HT (Non meublé)
- T2 : 89 € HT (Meublé) / 71€ HT (Non meublé)
- T3 : 95 € HT (Meublé) / 76€ HT (Non meublé)
- T4 : 100 € HT (Meublé) / 80€ HT (Non meublé)
- T5 : 105 € HT (Meublé) / 84€ HT (Non meublé)
- T6 : 116 € HT (Meublé) / 92€ HT (Non meublé)
