**Alternance 12 mois, Coordinateur.rice Retail - Retail Standards & Operations**
Au sein de l’équipe Commerciale, tu participeras à l’implémentation des stratégies de Retail Excellence pour améliorer l’expérience de nos clients en termes de processus boutique adaptés et efficaces. Tu assureras l’alignement des pratiques opérationnelles de nos boutiques ainsi que l’adaptation des projets clés en retail.
**TES DOMAINES D’INTERVENTION**
- Assurer l’adaptation et l’adoption des projets dans nos point de vente et fournir du feedback continu afin d’identifier des axes d’amélioration
- Créer des présentations pour l’implémentation des projets avec les équipes Retail
- Assurer la bonne mis en place des promotions
- Veiller aux tendances retail en termes d’expérience client et créer des benchmarks de nos concurrents
- Construire et gérer la base de données des boutiques pour le suivi des projets et services
- Analyser les processus opérationnels pour les améliorer et pour avoir un impact positif sur la productivité des boutiques et l’expérience de nos clients
- Coordonner avec les différents départements de Pandora pour assurer l’implémentation et création des différents processus retail
**QUI TU ES**
- Etudiant.e en BAC+5, tu recherches une alternance dans un environnement dynamique
- Tu as une déjà eu une expérience dans le retail / tu as travaillé en boutique
- Tu maitrises le français et l’anglais
- Tu sais faire preuve d’autonomie et de rigueur
- Tu as de bonnes compétences analytiques et de synthèse
- Tu es une personne organisé qui a une vision 360
- Enfin, tu maîtrises le pack Office et tu es à l’aise avec la technologie
**LES COMPETENCES QUE TU VAS DEVELOPPER**
- Gérer des cycles de reporting d’analyses
- Communiquer avec les différents services du siège d’un grand groupe
- Etre force de proposition pour des axes d’amélioration ou en identifiant des problèmes
- Travailler sur des outils technologiques
- Travailler en équipe et en environnement international
