We are looking for an **Overheads Controller** to join our **Company Holdings team** in Global Finance function, the position is based in **Paris **(75). In this position, you will report to **Raphaelle Bonhomme**, our** Head of OVH Controlling **who oversees 6 global functions (Finance, HR, S&SBD, GS, GCG, SNU).

Finance is a large and complex global function with big challenges on costs for 2024 and the future: it requires a high level of service and a dedicated experienced OVH Controller, especially for stakeholder management: around 50 stakeholders in Paris (DPP), Amsterdam (DPA), Singapore (DPS): Finance and HR Directors, Executives, Board members, Comex members.

You will be responsible for follow-up of actual expenses, quarterly budget revision with initial AOP budget as a reference, action plans for savings, budget presentation in Finance Board and to Comex members. You oversee cross-entity models with many sources of info (payroll, accounting, reporting) through non-automatized tools, data compilation in large Excel databases and aim for continuous improvement to implement in order to harmonize data and provide reliable info. You will have possibility for management of an intern.

In this role, following aspects belong to your playfield:

- You coordinate and structure the financial aspects of Danone SA, 2 DTBVs, and Asian holdings Overheads
- You will support the decision-making on the Group Short Term Cost Planning & Control
- You will identify financial risks and opportunities and drive necessary action plans
- You create the right follow up structure for all fixed costs
- You will prepare & present business views for the management team and Corporate FD
- FTE (staff) costs management
- You will also play an important role in the delivery of our strategic Finance Roadmap

This will enable you to:

- Be part of the finance central team with an ambitious journey (“at the heart of the reactor”)
- Gain visibility with different stakeholders from other areas than Finance (HR, GS, GCG, SNU, IBS, Operations, IT, R&I )
- Have a direct impact on our Global Finance function's performance and results

About you
- 5+ years experience in Controlling in a large and international context (preferably in FMCG)
- Ability to build trustful relationships internally, able to explain simply complex concepts or analysis, understand issues of stakeholders from various functions, capacity to animate non-Finance people
- Structured and planning-oriented mindset, reliable communication of figures
- You love numbers and have a data analytics experience; you have a good knowledge of ERP (SAP ) and BI systems (Power BI )
- Agility in presenting to CODI and COMEX members; strong exposure to Danone group management
- First experience of management is an advantage
- Strong team spirit
- Good communication skills with fluency in English and French
