- .**The Digital, Data and IS Department (DDSI)**:

- contributes to the Servier Group's strategic priorities by providing modern technological solutions adapted to the various Business Units, enabling them to improve their economic, social or therapeutic performance, defines and communicates the Group's digital and data transformation strategy.
- establishes the group's data governance, in order to become a "data-driven company" and provides the business lines with digital and data solutions and services not covered by traditional IT (make or buy).
- steers the global roadmaps for technological projects (digital, data and IS) and establishes the Group's Open Innovation strategy.
- develops centres of expertise and resources on the key digital skills of tomorrow (UX, Data Science, Agile, DevOps, DataOps, Digital Marketing).
- supports the modernisation of legacy IT, instils the digital and data culture, as well as new ways of working and contributes to Servier's innovative image in order to attract and retain talent.
- The DDIS Department is made up of 225 employees based at the Head Office, on Servier Group sites in France and abroad.- Within the IT Department, the challenge is to enter into a "contract of trust" with the Group's business lines and the IT Department. Its challenges are in particular to- Supporting the operation of the ISD's factories
- Optimise the performance and efficiency of the IT Department:

- _Partnering with the Businesses in the design of their IS solutions_
- _Building and deploying the Group's IT solutions_
- _Operate the Group's IS solutions and provide user support_

**Geographic location**: Industrial Site in Gidy (45, near Orléans)**Management**:
- The Business Relationship Manager:
- is a member of the community of Business Solutions & Services managers in the Information Systems Department,
- has a functional link with the management of the Gidy industrial site (Les Laboratoires Servier Industrie),
- manages a team of Business Analysts, Solutions Owners, team assistants, and pilots services.

**CHALLENGES OF THE POSITION**
- As a link between the Business Units and the Digital, Data and Information Systems Department (DDSI), the BRM has the following missions:
- **Carrying out and executing the Group's entire Digital, Data and IS strategy** for the industrial site's business lines (e.g. Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, Maintenance),
- **Ensure value creation** by addressing the challenges and issues of these businesses
- **Justify and ensure the efficiency of the financial resources** allocated to the business lines

**KEY RESPONSIBILITES**
- In his
- **portfolio** of responsibilities, he acts as
- **DDIS Business Partner **for the Gidy industrial site (Orléans - 45), and for Industry's Corporate functions- In
- **strong partnership with the management of the industrial site** (the BRM is a member of the site's management committee), and in
- **active collaboration** with all the stakeholders of the DDSI:
- **Implementing the Digital, Data and IS strategy** for its **portfolio of responsibilities**:

- **Define and implement the Information Systems (IS) roadmap for its portfolio of responsibilities**
- Identify value-creating services for the Businesses, opportunities to propose new products or services and participate in their definition
- Lead the framing, planning and delivery of IS projects, in close interaction with the teams & project steering committee
- Lead the preparation of the IS roadmap as part of the 5-year IS Plan
- Manage the budget allocated to its scope: preparation & budget re-estimation, ensuring compliance with the budgets allocated to the Business Units.
- **Ensure the coherence of the Data and Digital Entities' initiatives** with the Business Priorities for its Portfolio of responsibility.
- **Ensure that the services provided meet the priorities of the Businesses** and the needs defined jointly with the DDIS Department, in particular with the IT Operations Department, in order to ensure continuity of IT services contributing to industrial activity continuity (Run). Also with the Data and Digital Entities for the initiatives they carry out to benefit the site.
- **Optimise the use of services and solutions** provided by the DDIS Department by the Businesses in his/her portfolio of responsibility
- **Manage and develop his/her team** (Business Analyst, Solutions Owners, team assistant)
- **Actively participate in the work of the management team and transversal teams of the Business Solutions & Services Entity**

**IDEAL PROFILE**
- You have at least 10 years of experience as an IT Business Partner in interaction with the industrial production sector (pharmaceutical, agri-food)- KNOW-HOW- IS culture, knowledge of basic industrial IS tools (e.g. ERP, MES, LIMS, CMMS)
